Fast with AI. Careful with people.
Secure websites, infrastructure, search, and automation for organizations that serve people.

Technology should make your work easier.
Each of these has a chapter. Start with the one that sounds like your organization.
-
Your website is outdated.
Website design and development -
Nobody on your team can update it without calling someone.
Website design and development -
Your site is slow, or people searching for you do not find it.
Search visibility -
Your servers need attention, and nobody is watching them.
Infrastructure and hosting -
Your staff loses hours every week to repetitive work.
Process automation -
You need someone trustworthy to take over an existing Drupal or WordPress site.
Teams with an existing site -
You hold sensitive client information and are not sure how to use AI safely.
Responsible use of AI
Five services. One standard: secure first.
Everything is scoped, estimated, and scheduled in writing before work starts. Open any entry to see what you get.
-
Website design and development
Designed around the people who will use it. Built on proven platforms, fast and accessible by default, and handed over with everything you need to run it.
Start a website projectWhat you get
- A design built from your users' tasks, not a template, so visitors find what they came for
- Accessibility and performance checked before launch, so the site works on the phones your audience actually uses
- Training and documentation, so your own team can edit without calling anyone
-
Infrastructure and hosting
Servers, environments, and the sites that run on them. Hardening, patching, backups, monitoring, and a tested recovery plan, so your organization keeps working when something goes wrong.
Review your infrastructureWhat you get
- Hardened servers with least-privilege access, so one stolen password does not expose everything
- Off-site backups with a tested restore, so a bad day costs hours, not years of records
- Monitoring and patching on a schedule you can see, so problems are caught before your visitors notice
-
Search visibility
Get found by the people looking for you. Technical SEO, site structure, and content built around the questions your clients actually search for. No tactics that stop working at the next search update.
Improve search visibilityWhat you get
- A technical audit: speed, structure, indexing, and what is keeping pages out of search
- A content plan around the questions clients ask, so new pages answer a real search
- A monthly report in plain language: indexed pages, organic traffic, conversions, page speed
-
Process automation
Internal tools and workflows that take repetitive work off your team, using AI where it is the right tool. Scoped to a measurable saving, with a person checking the output.
Find a process to automateWhat you get
- One process measured before and after, so the hours saved are a number, not a promise
- Human review built into the workflow, so nothing goes out that a person has not seen
- Disclosure of AI-generated content where it appears, so your audience is never misled
-
Ongoing support
Updates, security, backups, and changes when you need them. One named contact, and response times agreed in writing.
Talk about supportWhat you get
- A named contact and agreed response times, so you always know who to call and when to expect an answer
- Security updates applied and verified, so the site does not fall behind quietly
- Changes shipped after review, every time, so a small edit does not become an outage
Seven commitments, in writing, before any work starts.
Trust is the sum of these. Each one is a sentence you can quote back to us.
-
Security first
Security is the first question in every decision: architecture, code, infrastructure, configuration, and day-to-day operation. Least privilege by default, encrypted in transit and at rest, patched on a schedule, backed up off the server, and tested. Convenience never outranks it.
-
Ethics
We tell you what we think is sensible, including when the answer is to do less. We do not sell work you do not need.
-
Intellectual property
You own what we build for you. Code, content, design files, domains, and accounts are registered in your name from the first day.
-
Confidentiality
Your data and your clients' data are used for your project and nothing else. We sign a non-disclosure agreement when you ask for one, and we do not put client material into tools that keep it.
-
Professionalism
A named person is responsible for your project. Scope, estimate, and schedule are written down before work starts, and you can check progress at any time.
-
Responsible use of AI
AI is one tool among many. We use it for first drafts and repetitive tasks, and a person reviews everything before it ships. We say when content was generated with AI, and we hold it to the same accuracy and accessibility standards as anything else.
-
Reliability
We recommend tools that have already proved themselves and build things that keep working after launch. Updates, backups, and security are part of the plan.
Technologies we work with
The right tool for the problem, not the other way around. Tools we already know, and no experiments on your account.

Organizations that exist to serve people.
-
Services, advocacy, education
Nonprofits and community organizations
A site that works for the people you serve, on the phones they actually use, within the budget you actually have.
-
Owner-led, U.S.-based
Small and mid-size businesses
A site that shows up in search, loads fast, and that your own team can update without calling anyone.

Professional practices
Your clients trust you with their information. Your website, your forms, and any AI tool behind them have to earn the same trust.

Teams with an existing site
You have a site nobody wants to touch. We take it over, including Drupal and WordPress, document it, and make it safe to change again.
Questions people ask first.
If yours is not here, it is a good reason for the call.
What does the first meeting cost?
Nothing. It is 30 minutes to understand your situation and tell you what we would do, what it would cost, and how long it would take.
Do we have to move our hosting to you?
No. We work on AWS, Azure, Linode, DigitalOcean, or the host you already have. If a move makes sense, we say why and what it costs.
Who does the work?
The people you talk to. A named person is responsible for your project from the first call to the last update.
How do you use AI, and can we say no?
For first drafts of code and content, and for repetitive tasks. People make the decisions and review everything before it ships, and we say where AI-generated content appears. If you prefer no AI on part of the work, say so and we write it into the scope.
Will we own what you build?
Yes. Code, content, design files, domains, and accounts are in your name from the first day.
Do you sign NDAs?
Yes, on request, before you share anything.
What does a project cost, and how long does it take?
It depends on the scope, so there is no price list. The first call ends with a cost and schedule range, and before any work starts you have the scope, the estimate, and the schedule in writing.
Can you take over an existing WordPress or Drupal site?
Yes. We start by documenting what is there, closing what is unsafe, and getting updates flowing again. Then you decide what to change, with the costs in front of you.
Can you work within a nonprofit budget?
Yes. We scope to the budget you have, say when the right answer is to do less, and do not sell work you do not need.
What happens after launch?
Your choice. Ongoing support gives you updates, security patches, backups, and changes when you need them, with a named contact and response times agreed in writing. If you would rather run the site yourselves, the training and documentation are part of the handover.
Tell us what is not working.
Send us your website, a problem you are dealing with, or simply an idea. A person reads it and answers. If you would rather talk, we spend 30 minutes understanding your situation and tell you what we would change, what we would leave alone, and what it would cost. No preparation needed.
